Before you go to book online…

It is always worth calling or emailing us direct when checking availability as not all our rooms are available to book through the online booking system. By calling direct we’ll be able to guide you through our room selection answering any queries or requirements you may have. Of course do look through our special offers page first in case you are missing an offer which is only available by booking direct.

Online bookings are handled by the Booking.com system which is a secure booking online site. When you continue to the book online button you will leave the Highcliffe website.

Booking Terms & Conditions

To secure an advance reservation we ask for a deposit of the first nights stay (full payment if staying one night) which is non refundable.

When cancellation or alteration occurs less than 21 days before stay, full payment of the duration of the stay is due.

No exceptions will be made to the terms and conditions. We recommend you take out insurance however unlikely you think your cancellation may be. Travel insurance for UK based holidays can be as little as £6.00 per person, please consider this option. Try www.comparethemarket.com or www.gocompare.com for a variety of insurance quotes.

A deposit will secure your advance booking and must be paid at time of booking. Deposits can be paid with a credit card which incures a 2.6% transaction fee or with a debit card which is free of charge.

Card details will be kept securely and used in case of cancellation or alteration. Please refer to the terms and conditions.

We do not accept AMEX, cheque or postal order.

The remaining balance is payable during your stay. Cash sterling, credit card with a 2.6% transaction fee or debit card is accepted.
