Common Questions

What time is check in?

Any time between 4pm and 6pm.

Can I check in earlier?

An express check in is offered between 10am and 12 noon.  Please tell us in advance if you would like to use this service.  It is unlikely that your room will be ready but you are welcome to take your key and leave your bags with us while you explore Falmouth.  Your bags will be put in your room once it is ready.  Please understand that we will be very busy during this time preparing rooms as quickly as possible and checking guests out.  If you prefer to check in more leisurely and when your room is ready, the kettle is on between 4pm and 6pm.

Can I check out later?

There is a late check out service available for surcharge of £15.00 which allows you to check out at 12 o’clock.  If you would like this service please tell us in advance.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served between 8.15AM and 9AM.  Once your order is made you are welcome to sit and enjoy your meal for as long as you like.

Can I have an early breakfast?

Yes we can offer you our ‘early bird breakfast picnic’.  This is a hamper of fresh fruit, cereal, pastry and Cornish juice.  The hamper is delivered to your room the night before ready to east in your room as early as your need.  There is no extra cost of this service just arrange at time of booking or 24 hours in advance.

Can I have a late breakfast?

Yes of course.  We can offer you the ‘lazy bird breakfast picnic’.  This is a hamper delivered to your room with fresh fruit, cereal, Cornish juice warm pastry or hot bacon bun.  There is no extra cost of this service just arrange at time of booking or 24 hours in advance.

Can I bring a pet?

We love pets but sadly we found that not everyone feels the same.  Regrettably we do not take pets.

Do you accept children?

Children above the age of eight are very welcome.  We do not accommodate more than two person per double room.  Parents must be happy for children to occupy their own room.  All rooms have their own keys.

Rooms 4 & 6 are next door to room 5 our harbour facing double and are on the 1st floor.  Room 4 is next to room 3 our Castle facing double also on the first floor.  Please see our room page for room descriptions.

Can we book a parking space?

We are so lucky to offer every guest a space in one of our car parks.
